There's an interesting strain of the disease which appears most often in fans 
of college teams with records of 8-5 or worse. It's called Score Affected 
Disorder. Sometimes basketball helps the victim pull through. Sometimes only 
surviving until the nest season helps. 
Vanderbilt followers have the most severe chronic cases where they are 
disillusioned to the point of accepting "almost wins" as wins.
