I've heard Kirk Herbstreit talk about this before, as I'm sure of you have. It depends on Urban's "gig". He may only have to travel on Friday and Saturday and be home the rest of the week. His work load will be done mostly from home. Herbstreit has called it the best job in the world multiple times. I think there's a reason you see people like Tony Dungy, John Gruden, etc turn to commentating on games instead of coaching is that they get their lifes back.
