My take in why some of us are gay is that God needed another quality in the
variety of his created beings.
He is your shepherd and he knows you are gay.
He also gave you some creativity that is often lost in heterosexist
normative behaviour and somehow He seems to have limited the occurence to
between 5 and 10 % of the populations over time which seems to suggest a
control factor on the randomness of the occurrence.
Just look at the natural abilities that make gays different and then imagine
a world without them.
Not a nice thought even for the heteros who would be the first to miss their
favourite hairdresser or waiter or nurse or teacher or actor or artist or
florist or events organiser.
