I have been using 3.0.1 light forever starting back over 10 yrs. I talked to GTA support and they suggested I might upgrade to the new 3.6.2 so I dl'd the files.
I set it up and entered info and registration data.. seemed to start up ok BUT.. it never accepts the network traffic. I am sure I am doing somethiing really simple and dumb, but would appreciate help. When I boot all looks fine.. comes up, shows registered copy, finds and set DNS info for IPS interface, posts some msg info, then just sits there. Only thing I note odd relative to old copy is the channel info tagged after the IPS info ie.. xx.x.x.xx/xx instead of just xx.x.x.xx.. surely this is not the problem. I also never see any traffic coming across the screen.. it used to be rather busy. Are the default filters not set to allow protected to external access?
