Your server's PTR record is irrelevant if the rest of the world doesn't
look at your DNS server for tha tinformation. That is what they are
dancing around. Your ISP handles reverse DNS for your zone unless they
have delegated it to you. Ask your ISP to create reverse DNS for those
IP Addresses.
