This happens because you are cheating and using a routable IP address for
your private network.
   nslookup 90.0.0.89
shows:
   Name:    AMontpellier-257-1-113-89.w90-0.abo.wanadoo.fr
   Address:  90.0.0.89

Trace route just did a reverse DNS and reported what it found.

The only problem is you will have extreme difficulty communicating
with any computer on what ever portion of the 90.* network your
local network thinks it is ...
