Simple answer.... NO

I tried the install and got the same lockup at slice load... I erased the disk and tried again. This time it loaded the kernel but failed at the point of mounting the root volume. For grins I called support and was told it doesn't support USB booting. I've been told by others they got it to work in older versions. My guess is some BIOS may emulate ATA a little better and GB-Ware can't tell the difference. In my test system (our in-house firewall) it would not work. Hopefully they can help us out with this as I would prefer to start selling MiniATX systems with CF slots on the front for simplicity. Heck... Maybe even SD. :)

Will this version work with a USB mem stick (it does detect in 3.7.2,
but I get the slice 1 and slice 2 issue)

Thanks,
