FAIL: gcc.dg/sibcall-7.c execution test
appeared on ia64-hp-hpux11.23 (both ilp32 and lp64) when the test was added on
both mainline and 4.1 branch; gcc-testresults shows it also on ia64-linux. I
don't know whether this is a target bug (i.e. the test should pass) or a
testsuite bug (i.e. it should be skipped on IA64); if the latter, it is a
regression.
