        (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_SYMVERS): Add ENABLE_SYMVERS, ENABLE_SYMVERS_GNU,
        ENABLE_SYMVERS_DARWIN.  SYMVER_MAP to SYMVER_FILE.
        * configure: Regnerate.
        * config.h.in: Regnerate.
        * src/compatibility.cc: Adjust macro usage.
