Testcase can be reduced to:

struct S
{
  template <typename T>
  S (T const *)
  { }

  template <size_t N>
  S (char const (&)[N])
  { }
};

int
main()
{
  S s1 ("test");
}

GCC still accepts this while Comeau rejects it.
