[Bug libstdc++/42847] New: [4.5 Regression] failure while configuring libstdc++

configuring libstdc++ fails:
error: No support for this host/target combination

This is a regression at least against gcc-4.4.
I'm not really sure, but I think sometime last year this even worked for
gcc-4.5.0.
