They were replaced with -fdefualt-integer-4/8.

Looking at the code, f951 doesn't know anything about a -i4/-i8 option, however
in 4.3 this option wasn't passed to f951, but in 4.4 and newer it is.

I assmume this report can be closed as invalid, but I did want to document it,
that gfortran isn't supposed to handle -i4/-i8
