Additional ICE on incorrect code

At -O0 we get a correct diagnosis for this incorrect snippet:

b.c:15:4: error: unsafe function call 'GradientInfo::~GradientInfo()' within
'transaction_safe' function

But at >= -O1 we get an ICE:
