My build was around 7GB w/o PGO, I will need to try the PGO builds myself. My tree is however somewhat out of date. I will try fresh checkout and post mem usage stats. Perhaps you can share smewhere the -lm.res and *wpa*cgraph dump of --save-temps -fdump-ipa-cgraph build? I will try to figure out those symbols.
