Law <law at redhat dot com> --- Right, I'd been speculating that we were calling want_inline_self_recursive_call_p for all self-recursive calls and that maybe the hot edge or other heuristic was doing something unexpected. Anyway, I'll let you run with it. You'll be far more efficient than I nailing this down. I only started looking at it because it was one of the P1s with no activity for the longest time. jeff
