Trying to bootstrap an environment by building just the host tools, it seems
that you cannot disable just the target libbacktrace. You also cannot disable
libbacktrace as there is a hard dependency on it in gcc (via cc1-checksum.o).
This breaks the use of the all target for building the initial toolchain.
