When having a duplicate constexpr no error message other than "confused by
earlier errors, bailing out" gets displayed.
Simple example:
$ cat dupconstexpr.cpp
constexpr int test = 1;
constexpr int test = 1;
$ g++ dupconstexpr.cpp
‘
dupconstexpr.cpp:2: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
