Issue solved, ld.bfd is responsible. Gold properly marks the symbols as:
1322 aef281150a4b024f PREVAILING_DEF_IRONLY_EXP
_ZNSs4_Rep20_S_empty_rep_storageE

I'm going to create binutils issue for that.
