Do you see my point? No. I've read it several times and am not sure what you're saying. Whether NO_IMPLICIT_EXTERN_C is defined is not determined by the _target architecture_ but by the _target_ i.e. the combination of architecture and OS. But I'm confirming this, as it's still an issue in the current trunk.
