Jakub resolved this in commit d0befed793b94f3f407be44e6f69f81a02f5f073 "openmp:
Add support for OpenMP 5.1 masked construct" via the
'gcc/gimplify.c:gimplify_scan_omp_clauses' change specifically, plus
corresponding 'goacc' testsuite updates. Thanks!, but I do wonder, though, why
such a general change isn't put into its own commit...
Not worth backporting, in my opinion.
