I notice clang/LLVM still has this broken but that is obvious not our bug.
Suspending until there is a decission is made if we should remove/depercate
complex integeral types. I doubt we will remove or depercate them really since
it has been over 20 years since the last discussion around this and it looks
like the SSA branch merge fixed many of the issues around it too.
