Too often it takes considerable effort examining GCC dump files to even work out why there is a warning and which conditions would trigger it. Users are not able to do that analysis (and I can't do it), so we can't make use of the warnings. It's also unclear how to "fix" the code to prevent the warnings, see PR 104017 for example.
