In particular I haven't seen gcc do what is requested here as "Two-input inverted logicals" (I don't think I properly understand the 3rd item about ?:, as I can't imagine it's meant to apply to a vector of individual bits), prompting me to start working on some patches. Was marking the report here as duplicate really appropriate?
