--- Comment #8 from JuzheZhong <juzhe.zhong at rivai dot ai> --- I think RVV won't use vec_pack/vec_unpack for mask. Since we always uses len as the loop control. I think it's fine just disable it when target doesn't support split mask operations like RVV.
