With the following test case I can reproduce the wrong-code with gcc-10.5 and
newer, but not with gcc-9.5/8.5/7.5.

{
  return (oi < mb) < (mb < oi);
}

int a = -1, b = 0;

int
main (void)
{
  if (lx (a, b) != 0)

}
