I suspect the bug is in the build system you are using. In that "-fanalyzer
-fdiagnostics-format=sarif-file" is being added to the compile phase rather
than both the compile and link phases.
Can you double check if "-fanalyzer -fdiagnostics-format=sarif-file" is on the
link line? If Not then this is not a GCC bug.
