This restriction dates back to r0-260-ged1f651bedab77 (!!!) but is bogus with
-mfentry on x86, hence should've been dropped/moved with
r0-101902-g3c5273a96ba8db. That latter commit actually changes
ix86_frame_pointer_required appropriately, but forgot to change the specs.
