This has not been true since r13-4576-g2996b5c053d38d but the documentation
still says:
`Note that the only target -fsanitize=hwaddress is currently supported on is
AArch64.`

`The option cannot be combined with -fsanitize=thread or -fsanitize=address,
and is currently only available on AArch64.`
