https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneDPL/tree/main/include/oneapi/dpl/pstl/omp
Someone would need to integrate/rebase the upstream PSTL into libstdc++, it's
been a while since the last sync in r14-2109-g3162ca09dbdc2e
