I think we want to transform to (cmp @0 ({logs,exps}! @1)), that is, only
when the log/exp is constant folded. '!' was designed for such cases
(among others).
Alternatively gate the patterns on ! HONOR_SIGN_DEPENDENT_ROUNDING
