Thanks! I think if we go this way via v2sf, then this should be only enabled
for vector-abi.
Adding vector support (and the vector abi) is its own story and will take more
time to get done of course.
I'm not sure what implications an incomplete vector-regs/move implementation
will have. Perhaps one way to find out is to use this patch and modify some
larger source code (like GTA3) to use this fsca builtin and see if any issues
pop up.
