Compiling reduced testcase g++.dg/other/pr31078.C results in ICE since
r15-7431-g66af77cbed6c5b.
$ cat pr31078.C

$ g++ pr31078.C --param=file-cache-files=80 -Wunused
g++: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault signal terminated program
