I do not have a lot of information about this bug, but it happened with a
recent trunk build of gcc when compiling a program using vulkan.
In fact, there are two internal compiler errors here, one in
/usr/include/vulkan/vulkan_core.h:3182:27, and one in
include/c++/16.0.0/bits/locale_facets_nonio.tcc:42:12, which happens when
building the std module.
