'libgomp.c++/target-49.C' XPASSes for AMD GPU code offloading generally
(discrete memory as well as USM), and likewise XPASSes for USM NVIDIA GPU code
offloading; XFAILs only for discrete-memory NVIDIA GPU code offloading.
