Double checked the pre-commit logs. I mis-read them this morning -- the
pre-commit fail was limited to rv32, where is precisely where I expected it to
fail. So I've pushed the VXRM fix.
The test itself still fails on rv32. Robin was going to take a look while I
jumped on other issues. So reassigning.
