The problem does not really come from subunits, but from the postcondition on
the formal subprogram Deleter in:
generic
type Element_Type (<>) is limited private;
type Pointer is access Element_Type;
with procedure Deleter (X : in out Pointer) is <> with
Post => X = null;
package AdaCL.Pointer.Unique_With_Delete with
Fortunately it has already been addressed on the trunk, so I'm just going to
backport the fix onto the 16 branch.
