I'm resisting the temptation to declare interix dead (it's been tried before). I'm guessing it hasn't built since early 2012. But the fix is trivial enough and it's not like interix needs lots of care and maintenance.

Tested by building the interix targets in config-list.mk.

Installed on the trunk.
