This patch doesn't fix a regression. So AFAIU, this patch belongs in stage1.
Jakub opened up the possibility here (
https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2016-02/msg00545.html ) to accept it
for stage4, depending on feedback Honza and Richi.
