I've put together an initial draft of my proposal for OpenMP Loop
Transformations. Any feedback on the timeline and goals is appreciated:

I've also left most of the 6.1 stuff out because they seem like quick
improvements that can be made once the 6.0 work is done (minus flatten,
that is new but should be simple).
Also a response to Tobias's original answer to my questions (ive
switched email addresses):

Im assuming you mean't stripe instead of "stride"? I can't find this
transformation anywhere.
