Can anyone explain if the recent change in Apple dropping their NDA will have any impact on the GPLv3 issue with Apple and FSF?

Since Apple has dropped the NDA, shouldn't that cause FSF to call of its jihad? Even if that happens will it really make any difference to Apple since they might want to reserve the option of introducing new NDA's SDKs for future products? Thanks for any clarifications on this.
