  Did you make sure to get the -devel packages as well as the libs?  That's
the usual cause of this kind of problem.  I highly recommend the new version
of setup.exe that has a package-list search box :-)

OK, I see there is a libcloog-devel in addition to the cloog Dev selection, guess that will fix it for cygwin.

I tried to build cloog for IA64 linux as well, gave up on include file parsing errors.
