As others have indicated, the first two mirrors just work fine. And ftp://ftp.mpi-sb.mpg.de/pub/gnu/mirror/gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc is the URL for the third, which is different from what you have listed. That said, you have a good point in that we need to check our mirrors (which I am doing on a monthly base to some extent), and I'm applying the patch below to better support that.
