With Ada we have no choice, and only have -- comments. I don't think I've ever encountered that kind of formatting problem, even though we definitely have active developers using Emacs. This seems a weak argument. Besides that, I don't feel strongly either way. I'd just like to avoid a mixture of // and /* */ if possible. -Geert
