ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/ contains old versions of some libraries (like GMP, MPFR and MPC). Shouldn't they be updated? GNU MPFR can also be downloaded from: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mpfr/
