I don't think this is very practical - we'd need to check each and every commit before considering backporting fixes, no? So most definitely GCC 8.5, 9.4, 10.3 and 11.1 are the "last" FSF-only copyright releases and you should consider GCC 9.4+ (there'll be a GCC 9.5) "tainted". Richard. > Jason
