Thanks for the help and cross checking. I've done some minor finetuning
here and there and sent again the CMunge changes we've made so far to
Justin Fletcher (cfr cmunge/Docs/Copyright requirements).
I would like to give myself and anyone else a day or so for further
checking and finally release this.
I think also we want to update the examples to ensure they use -static
and elf2aif.
We may also want to include some explicit notes/examples on the two
assemblers, since that too is a point of confusion.
