No, that's not how it works. On November 5th, Testing goes into 'Freeze'
mode, i.e. from that moment on, nothing migrates from Unstable until
Jessie becomes Stable (see link for exceptions). When that happens, the
entire backlog moves into Testing. That will be several months worth.
