So, as far as I understand:

GDAL can reference image with geos projection like
       +proj=geos +lon_0=42 +h=35785831 +datum=WGS84

GDAL can put GeoTransformation information like
       -a_ullr -924124.2 5421728.5 4179561.6 3468466.1
I guess this is related to maxium / minimum latitude and longitude seen from
satellite position.


*But I'm still wondering if someone success to reproject an image from
geostationnary projection to regular lat/lon ?*
