Jimmy, Visit http://osgeo4w.osgeo.org/ and follow the instructions. You will need to go through "advanced install" and ensure the "gdal-python" package is selected for installation.
After it completes you should have an OSGeo4W shell icon on your desktop. You can launch that and from within that shell you should have a python interpreter available which will find the GDAL/OGR Python bindings. So you could do something like: python your.py If the problem with your script persists when using the OSGeo4W python environment then I should be able to reproduce it with a suitable bug report. If it does not happen with OSGeo4W then the issue likely relates to Tamas's use of SWIG version for the python bindings, or possibly a mismatch between the version of Python he built for, and the version you are running. (or something else...) Best regards, On Fri, Oct 21, 2011 at 10:36 AM, Discourse Maps <discourse...@live.com> wrote: > Sure.
