Hi Wael.

you need to use gdal.jar file in your java project and also include
the required DLL(Win) in your class path, then  you will be able to
use GDAL in your Java project.

download from http://www.gisinternals.com/sdk/ or
http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/DownloadingGdalBinaries

look for GDAL.JAR and the required DLL files in installed folder.
